Special Needs Scholarship Program

Lighthouse Christian School is proud to participate in the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’s (DPI) Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP). The SNSP provides eligible Wisconsin students with disabilities the opportunity to attend a participating private school through a state-funded scholarship. Students must meet the eligibility requirements established by the Wisconsin DPI, including having a current Individualized Education Program (IEP) or services plan.

At Lighthouse Christian School, we believe every child is uniquely created in the image of God and deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and flourish in a Christ-centered environment. Through the SNSP, we partner with families to provide individualized educational support designed to help students reach their academic, social, emotional, spiritual, and developmental potential.

As a participating SNSP school, Lighthouse provides specially designed instruction, accommodations, and related supports based on each student’s individualized service plan. Services are delivered within the school’s educational program while maintaining close collaboration with parents, teachers, specialists, and, when appropriate, the student’s resident school district. Our goal is to provide an inclusive learning environment where students are known, supported, challenged, and encouraged to develop their God-given gifts.
